A whole week dedicated to the Sun - from the 20th to the 24th October
Started back in 1999, SOLAR WEEK is an online event for students on the study of the Sun! Anytime during the week, students can submit questions to actual working solar scientists!
Each day of the week also focuses on a different theme related to the study of the Sun:
Monday - The Sun as a star
Tuesday - Solar close-ups
Wednesday - The active Sun
Thursday - Solar careers
Friday - Venus transit
